One of my favourite buildings in Southport, is the Guest House Pub on Union Street. It was built in 1909 for Robert B. Haslam, in the Arts and Crafts Tudor Style. Above the entrance is an Ornate Plaster Panel with the lettering THE GUEST HOUSE and Rose Trees. I am very lucky as I live near it, and admire it most days xxx
